Patient Information
Practical information about your first appointment, payment, insurance and common questions.
We want your first visit to feel easy and unhurried. Here is how to prepare:
We accept cash and major debit and credit cards. Treatment costs are explained and agreed with you before any procedure begins.
Coverage depends on your insurance provider and the type of treatment; cosmetic treatments are usually not covered. Please contact us before your visit so we can check whether your plan is accepted.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer the time to another patient.
Answers to common questions about our services, care approach, and appointments.
Every journey starts with a consultation. Your doctor reviews your concerns, medical history and goals, examines the area and explains the options, including expected results, limitations and costs, so you can decide with confidence.
Many treatments are suitable for sensitive skin, but it depends on you. We assess sensitivity, allergies and any active skin conditions first, may carry out a patch test, and adapt products, settings or technique accordingly.
Most consultations take 20 to 30 minutes. Treatment sessions range from around 15 minutes for simple injectables to an hour or more for laser or dental procedures. We confirm the expected time when you book.
It depends on the treatment. Some, such as a filler session, show results straight away, while laser hair removal, acne programmes or orthodontics need a course of visits. Your plan will state the expected number of sessions.
Many non-surgical treatments have little or no downtime, although temporary redness, swelling or bruising can occur. Some laser and surgical procedures need a recovery period. You will always receive clear aftercare instructions.
We recommend booking so the right specialist is available for you. Book online, call +971 54 553 0555 or message us on WhatsApp. Walk-ins are welcome when the schedule allows.
